If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation/no-show flag will be placed on your account.
To schedule your next appointment, a $50 deposit will be required.
Your $50 deposit is not an additional fee. It will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled treatment or procedure.
If you do not show up for the appointment secured with your deposit, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.
NuYou Wellness does not store patient credit card information on file. Any required deposit will be collected at the time your next appointment is scheduled.
We understand that unexpected situations can come up, and implementing this policy was not an easy decision. We currently have patients waiting for available appointments, and late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering those appointment times to others.
Our goal is to make scheduling fairer and easier for all of our patients while continuing to provide the level of care and attention you expect from NuYou Wellness.
